Terms and Conditions

All items are subject to a buyer's premium. If bidding LIVE, through HiBid, or by absentee bid, bidders pay 18% discounted to 15 % for good, prompt check. If bidding through LiveAuctioneers, bidders pay 23%, discounted to 20% for good prompt check. Visa, MasterCard and PayPal accepted. Bidders MUST bring copy of sales tax license, or must pay tax. We are NOT the same company as Opfer Auctioneering, so sales tax forms WILL BE FILLED OUT, OR YOU MUST PAY TAX. Everything is sold AS IS. Please preview or ask questions prior to bidding.

Shipping / Pick Up

We will ship in house. We will charge a nominal handling/packing/materials fee, and you will be responsible for postage. When we invoice, we will let you know the cost to ship. If you are in a big hurry to receive your items, we are happy to contact a professional packer for you. WE WILL PACK AND SHIP AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER WE CANNOT MAKE ANY PROMISES REGARDING SHIPPING TIMES. Pick up times must be scheduled in advance. You must contact auction house to make arrangements to pick up.
