Auction Terms & Conditions Thomas Family Auctions Bid Terms: Upon Registation, bidder accepts therm of this auction.. 1. Registration required with valid credit card. 10% Buyers Preium. We will give you the option of paying with cash or debit/credit cardon pickup day. There is a 3% convenience fee when paying with credit card and debt cards. IF paying with cash let us know on sign up or credit card will be charged when invoicing which may occur before pick up day. Maryland State sales tax of 6.0% will be charged for purchases. 2. Before bidding , know that items are required for removal from Auction location on the designated pick up day. Items not picked up on designated pick up day will be charged to credit card on file and could be considered abandoned without auction approval. If credit card is denied and you do not pay within 24 hours you will be refused the right to bid on any auctions. 3. The Auction company will not be held responisble for any "typos" bids by bidder.Example : Decial in wrong place , you bid on wrong thing etc. 4. All Sales are final. All property is sold "as is" . You may call if you have any questions not covered in our descriptions or pictures.Absolutely NO refunds will be offered. 5. When removing the lots you have won, you MUST remove the complete lot, no leaving any items you do not want. 6. The Auction Company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. 7. Items not picked up are considered abandoned and becomre property of the Thomas Family Auctions, unless Thomas Family Auctions is notified prior to the pick up date time and window and has approval. 8. Credit Cards are on file are charged at the end of the pick up window if items are not picked up. 9. By bidding on any item the bidder shows acceptance of the auctions Terms and Conditions. 10. For consignor any items that do not get a bid , items will be donated to local Charity unless an different agreement has been made with auction.
