The Live sale portion of the sale will be @ 10:00am Saturday AUGUST 13th at 3201 Hooper's Delight Rd. New Windsor, MD 21776; until the internet starts closing at approximately 12:00pm. The Live auction would then continue in person after the internet bidding closes. In Person Preview for the auction will be Thursday August 11th from 10:00am - 4:00pm and Friday August 12th from 10:00am - 5:00pm. A 6% MD Sales Tax will be added to all invoices, excluding vehicles, UNLESS a valid Sales Tax exemption Form is presented to us. This Form MUST be issued by the State of Maryland. Forms from outside the state are no accepted, as directed by The State of Maryland. Buyer's Premium is taxable in Maryland, and will be assessed as such, on the invoice. It is purchaser's responsibility that articles purchased be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such articles into operation. In default of payment of bills in full within the time therein specified, the auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for and removed within the time allowed herein may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer or seller from liability here for. Neither the Auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the property listed or to sell at this sale property not listed, and also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser Purchases will be delivered only on presentation of paid bill. The auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time allowed but shall have the option to remove and dispose of any article purchased and not removed within allotted time period. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids on lots upon which there is an opening bid, that do not meet or exceed the opening bid amount. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. The state of Maryland requires us to collect 6% sales tax. We only accept Maryland tax exemption numbers for purchases over $200. No Out of State tax exemptions numbers will be accepted, as under MD law. We have a strict "no charge back" after the transaction is complete policy. It is the bidders responsibility to pay for shipment, even if an item weighs more or is larger than the bidder assumed. If any question about shipping an item need to be asked prior to bidding on the item, otherwise the buyer is 100% resposible for the shipping costs. If a Bidder has a poor HiBid Bidder Score, we will not accept them into our auctions. Any successful high bidders who back out of a bid, will be banned from all our future auctions and will be given a poor bidder rating. This rating could effect a bidders ability to register in bids with other auction companies across HiBid and other auction websites. The same will be done to all non-paying customers. ANY NEW BIDDERS THAT PURCHASE OVER $500 & REQUIRE SHIPPING, WILL NEED TO PAY WITH CERTIFIED FUNDS. (Contact our office for more information) CONDITION OF ITEMS We accept consignments as they are given to us. We assume that box contents are what is listed on the box. We make no guarantees that lots are described in perfect accuracy, We take every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, We do not provide warranty for labor and craftsmanship on jewelry and watches. We have knowledgeable staff to provide as accurate description as possible using the knowledge of our staff. ** Returns are not accepted; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Simulcast Auction A Simulcast auction is a sale inwhich online bidding is welcome for a time period before and during the live portion of the auction. Both on-line and Live bidding will occur at the same time during the live auction. Live Floor bids will take presence over an on-line bid if they are recieved at the same time. SOFT CLOSE POLICY (Where applicable-INTERNET ONLY AUCTION. Does not apply to Live w/Internet Bidding) In the event that a bid is placed on an item in the final minutes of an auction sale, the auction will automatically be extended for an additional 3 minutes to prevent 'auction sniping'. The extension will continue until all the bids have stopped. PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to: cancel bids and/or restrict the use of our site; refuse service to anyone at any time; add or remove items at any point in the auction; revise descriptions of the items if a change needs to be made; ban users for violating our terms and conditions; hold items until the payment has been cleared; withdraw any item and to re-offer the item at another time; resell any items that have not been paid in full by the payment deadline. We are not responsible for the misinterpretation or misunderstanding of items and/or descriptions, if any, by the bidder; it is the bidder''s responsibility to understand the item thoroughly before bidding. In this case, items with a Reserve cannot be won until a bid has reached the Reserve price. These items will be clearly marked and identified. In the event that a picture and description do not match, the description takes precedence.
