Auction starts closing Thursday August 25, 2022 at 7:00pm.
This is an "Online Only" Auction starting August 17, 2022 - 5 PM and ending August 25, 2022 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 15% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked up at the auction house within a week after the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction House
Bidding Notice:
This is an Online Auction only. Items may be inspected at the Chesapeake Auction House, St. Leonard, MD, Wednesday- Saturday 10 AM- 5 PM. Successful bids will be available for pick up at the auction house during our regular hours (Wednesday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm). Be sure to bring your Paid in Full invoice.

Auction Notice: Shipping is available with additional shipping and handling fees. Our shipping partner is ParcelEx, LLC, in Prince Frederick, MD. Contact ParcelEx Ship Center for a shipping estimate. ParcelEx Ship Center requires the Auction Date, Lot#, item dimensions (L"x W"x H") and weight of the item, plus your full address in order to provide an accurate packaging and shipping estimate. Your shipping expense is based upon many factors including packaged weight, final dimensions, commodity insurance value, packaging materials used, labor and destination information. Most large furniture items will require freight shipping, and often must be shipped as palletized freight or inside of a custom-built wooden crate, therefore detailed description information, including the lot#, is required to estimate packaging requirements. (Few items may be available for pre-auction/absentee online bidding at a later date). This auction will include building materials from Dean Home Supply + Service Co.; Utility and Lawn/Garden Tractors; Mowers; Lawn/Garden Attachments; Tools; & More. We plan to upload descriptions (at pictures if possible) of some items/lots but may not have the opportunity to upload descriptions/pictures for all lots.
Bidding Notice:
This is a live, onsite auction. Some items will be available for online, pre-auction "absentee bidding". You may place a bid on selected items until on or about 6 pm Friday, September 9, 2022 at which time the online bidding will close and those bids received will be carried over to the live auction. We encourage you to place your "maximum" bid online. A member of our staff will bid on your behalf until other competitive bids stop OR once your maximum bid has been realized -- whichever occurs first.
