If you are unable to pick up your items on Thursday, just email us PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE for a rescheduled pickup at team@usedtwo.com. . On the end of business day Friday, if items fail to be picked up and we have not heard from you for rescheduling, your items may be forfeited. UsedTwo is not responsible for items that are not picked up within the designated pickup window. SHIPPING/PICKUP WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING. Although we do not ship items, many of our customers utilize our local UPS shipping service for pickup, packing, and shipping.
