The buyer's premium is 18% There is a 3% discount for cash or debit* IF items are picked up and paid for within the 72-hour window. *Debit cards are only able to be run in house with a pin number, otherwise these cards are processed as credit cards. We are willing to go over items and send more pictures if necessary. Lots are sold as pictured; many are group lots that will not be split up. High bid wins the grouping. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If you are planning to bid over $2,000 on any given lot, contact the auctioneer ahead of placing the bid. You will need pre-approval. Preview will be held, while the sale is running, Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. No appointment necessary for pick-ups. Curb side pick-up is available upon request. All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed Monday morning following close of sale with invoices being e-mailed there after. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers' discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property. Please confirm prior to bidding that we will be able to ship the item to you. Some items we will not ship can be referred to a third-party shipper or you may obtain your own shipping. Please make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged if unable to make it within the 72-hour window. On Monday after the sale, winning bidders will receive a Text/ Email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions LLC, confirming if shipping will be required or if the items will be picked up in person. B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to deny any shipping in house and will refer out to a local shipper. We only ship items in house that we are confident they will make it to our customers safely and efficiently. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment received. Handling is calculated and broken down by the material and labor used. It is calculated at the time of preparing shipment. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier we can find. The shipping and handling charges will show on your statements as ShippingSaint. Once you have confirmed shipping through ShippingSaint you will be updated as items move through the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping invoice within 72 hours of the end of the auction OR the credit card on file for HiBid WILL be charged. Not sufficient funds, or otherwise declining the charge for the shipping forfeits your items to B and D Auctions, LLC. If item(s) are not paid, in full, within the 72-hour window, the bidder forfeits there right to the item(s). B and D Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid/bidder.
