The Full Auction Catalog of Preview Images will be available by Monday evening before the start of the auction. On Site In Person Previews available Monday - Friday 9am to 12pm from Monday through Friday while auction is live from 9am-12pm at our Frederick Warehouse: 7313 Grove Road, Warehouse Unit G, Frederick MD 21704. Please call ahead for availability at 301-685-5677. Auctions run from Tuesday to Tuesday. Pickup is still Thursday following the auction close from 10 am to 6 pm. If you are unable to pick up your items on Thursday, just email us PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE for a rescheduled pickup at team@usedtwo.com. . On the end of business day Friday, if items fail to be picked up and we have not heard from you for rescheduling, your items may be forfeited. UsedTwo is not responsible for items that are not picked up within the designated pickup window. SHIPPING/PICKUP WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING. Although we do not ship items, many of our customers utilize our local UPS shipping service for pickup, packing and shipping. Items must be scheduled to be picked up by no later than Friday after the auction close. We do not pack your items for shipping, you must utilize UPS packing services. YOU MUST USE OUR LOCAL UPS STORE - YOU MUST USE ALL 3 UPS SERVICES: PICKUP, PACKING, AND SHIPPING SERVICES. NO PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS. You must send the UPS Store a copy of your invoice and your shipping address must match the address on file with Hibid before we can release your items for shipping and packing. If you are out of state and/or are purchasing jewelry, gold, silver, or other items at our discretion, we have several requirements before we can release your items for shipping. 1. Valid Driver License: A valid driver's license must be provided to us (photo or scan). The address must match the address on file with Hibid. 3. Signed Invoice: You must sign your paid invoice(attached to the winning bidder email that you received), photo/scan and email it back to us. Your registered credit card will be automatically charged if your item is being shipped and will include buyer's pemium and shipping charges. Please make sure that the card you register with is the card you wish to use to pay for your items. If you are picking up your items, payment is due upon pickup. Only items that show 'shipping available' may be shipped. Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail when possible. If items are larger than USPS Priority Mail, items will be packaged and boxed and we use USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship and try to keep all shipping costs as minimal as possible. All costs include packaging, supplies, shipping and insurance for items that fit in Priority Mail boxes - If it cannot go Priority Mail Flat Rate, we will use the most inexpensive option. We do our best to keep costs down and only charge a nominal handling fee to cover our costs. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Shipping for this auction - everything in this auction that can ship is marked as such as are items that will not be shipped - please see item description. We use USPS Priority Mail when possible. All items will be shipped at actual shipping cost plus $8 handling for each box required Please remember that these prices include our costs for packaging, labor AND insurance on your items. Welcome to our latest antiques & collectibles auction... The buyer's premium is 18% There is a 3% discount for cash or debit* IF items are picked up and paid for within the 72-hour window. *Debit cards are only able to be run in house with a pin number, otherwise these cards are processed as credit cards. Bidding begins on April 28th and ends on May 5th. Lots will begin to close at 10AM on Sunday May 5th. LOTS WILL CLOSE EVERY 6 SECONDS STARTING THIS AUCTION. BID FAST AND REFRESH YOUR PAGE IF LOTS ARE NOT LOADING FAST ENOUGH. Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minutes will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Lots are sold as is, in person inspection is recommended. If unable to come, please call for full condition report. We are willing to go over items and send more pictures if necessary. Lots are sold as pictured; many are group lots that will not be split up. High bid wins the grouping. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If you are planning to bid over $2,000 on any given lot, contact the auctioneer ahead of placing the bid. You will need pre-approval. Preview will be held, while the sale is running, Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. No appointment necessary for pick-ups.All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed Monday morning following close of sale with invoices being e-mailed there after. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers' discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property. Please confirm prior to bidding that we will be able to ship the item to you. Some items we will not ship can be referred to a third-party shipper or you may obtain your own shipping. Please make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged if unable to make it within the 72-hour window. On Monday after the sale, winning bidders will receive a Text/ Email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions LLC, confirming if shipping will be required or if the items will be picked up in person. B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to deny any shipping in house and will refer out to a local shipper. We only ship items in house that we are confident they will make it to our customers safely and efficiently. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment received. Handling is calculated and broken down by the material and labor used. It is calculated at the time of preparing shipment. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier we can find. The shipping and handling charges will show on your statements as ShippingSaint. Once you have confirmed shipping through ShippingSaint you will be updated as items move through the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping invoice within 72 hours of the end of the auction OR the credit card on file for HiBid WILL be charged. Not sufficient funds, or otherwise declining the charge for the shipping forfeits your items to B and D Auctions, LLC. If item(s) are not paid, in full, within the 72-hour window, the bidder forfeits there right to the item(s). B and D Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid/bidder.
