Bayside Auctions is not affiliated with UPS and has no control over packing costs or shipping fees. Items will be handed over to UPS on Wednesday after the auction. They will then be in direct contact with you via email and phone to discuss shipping options, cost, and getting your item(s) sent on their way. ***If you are going to be using UPS for shipping, send us an email with your name, shipping address, and shipping request directly AFTER the closing of auction. This storage fee will allow your item(s) to be stored at our location for a MAXIMUM of 30 days. Any item(s) remaining after 30 days will be forfeited and reclaimed as auction property. • Storage payment is charged using the credit card on file. *** If you plan to use our storage service, we REQUIRE that you email us with your name, invoice #, and storage request prior to or within 24 hrs AFTER the closing of auction. This is an "Online Only" Auction starting August 17, 2022 - 5 PM and ending August 25, 2022 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 15% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked up at the auction house within a week after the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction House

ParcelEx Ship Center requires the Auction Date, Lot#, item dimensions (L"x W"x H") and weight of the item, plus your full address in order to provide an accurate packaging and shipping estimate. Your shipping expense is based upon many factors including packaged weight, final dimensions, commodity insurance value, packaging materials used, labor and destination information. Most large furniture items will require freight shipping, and often must be shipped as palletized freight or inside of a custom-built wooden crate, therefore detailed description information, including the lot#, is required to estimate packaging requirements.
