Building Materials, Farm/Home/Lawn/Garden Equipment/Items, Tools Auction (Live, On-Site Auction) This is a "live, on-site auction. (Few items may be available for pre-auction/absentee online bidding at a later date). This auction will include building materials from Dean Home Supply + Service Co.; Utility and Lawn/Garden Tractors; Mowers; Lawn/Garden Attachments; Tools; & More. We plan to upload descriptions (at pictures if possible) of some items/lots but may not have the opportunity to upload descriptions/pictures for all lots.
Bidding Notice:
This is a live, onsite auction. Some items will be available for online, pre-auction "absentee bidding". You may place a bid on selected items until on or about 6 pm Friday, September 9, 2022 at which time the online bidding will close and those bids received will be carried over to the live auction. We encourage you to place your "maximum" bid online. A member of our staff will bid on your behalf until other competitive bids stop OR once your maximum bid has been realized -- whichever occurs first.
Auction Notice:
If you are interested in bidding via phone bidding, please contact us by Friday, September 9, 2022 at 6 pm to make arrangements with our staff for phone bidding during the live auction.
