Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up by 12 noon on Saturday February 10th, 2018 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.

Items purchased will be applied to credit card that you placed on file when you registered at 2 PM on Friday Feb. 9th, 2018 unless you notify the Auction Co. of your wish to make payment via another means. If you wish to make an alternate payment by Cash, Check or Different Credit Card than what is on file please reply to this Email of call Jeff Smith at 410-835-0384 on Thursday Feb. 8th 9-5 or Friday 2/9 before 2 PM.
Payment by an Alternate form of Payment will not decrease the Buyer Premium.
